§ 26-7. Children's waiting room fee.

The county board does hereby impose the children's waiting room fee, effective October 1, 2005, on all eligible civil cases and does, pursuant to 705 ILCS 105/27.7, direct the county board chairman to provide written notice to the county circuit clerk along with a certified copy of the resolution from whence this section derived.

The county board does direct the circuit clerk to remit on a monthly basis all fees collected under the authority of this resolution to the county treasurer and does direct the treasurer to deposit those funds in a special account to be used at the direction of the county board only for the purposes of establishing and operating a children's waiting room.
