§ 46-27. Surcharge on court cases.

The clerks of all trial courts located in the county seat of government shall charge and collect a county law library fee of $6.00 in all civil cases, such fee to be paid for at the time of filing the first pleading paper or other appearance filed in such cases, and shall be deposited in the county law library fund.
